Parishioners,
under the guidance of Ramza Touma, prepared sfeeha (meat pies) in the
church kitchen. They meet regularly to make spinach pies, kaak (a sweet
pastry), zatar (oregano, sumac, and sesame seeds on dough),
and other Lebanese foods. The purpose of all this cooking is to raise
money for the parish. To be informed of upcoming selections via our
